How to stick with a New Year resolution...

Remember, the resolutions that you made for 2014 ?
Remember trying to hold on to them ? 


Don't be ordinary - resolutions are what the ordinary people do for New Year.  

 Don't set yourself up to fail. 

The feeling of 'why can't I stick with it - is what inevitably sticks with you instead.

So... what can you do ?
Find something that changes your thinking, just ONE thing' and you take that first step towards a changed 2015. 

No resolutions, no promises, no bargains with God or the Devil ...we're not meant to be clean slates. Our lives are about memories - if you feel lost, turn around and reflect - if you feel happy, truly savor the moment and smile with gratitude. It's about just you and no one knows you or what motivates you better than you do.
